refurbished products at all. All the products sold on our website all
brand new!

use PayPal for online order processing. You do
not have to be a PayPal member to use a credit
card through PayPal. You can place an order with Digitaltrendz.com securely with any major credit card through Paypal
without any fee to you. Digitaltrendz.com has been a Paypal Verified Business Member since September
2003.

understands our customers' concerns regarding the privacy of the information
they share with us. We hold our customers, and the information they share with
us, in the highest regard. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us. We will
not sell, share, or rent your information to others in any ways different from
those disclosed in this statement. By making a purchase on our website you
are also automatically added to our monthly newsletter which you can opt out of
once you receive your first newsletter.
Sales
All orders
are submitted through Paypal and are final. If a
return is necessary it will be exchanged for the exact same item that was
originally purchased. If you are returning an item for exchange and do
not have all the original packaging a 15% restocking fee for your
exchange could be applied.
No shipping charges
will be added to your order if your order is $750 or less. The
price you see on our site for all products is the final price you will pay.
All orders that are shipped to Texas will be charged 8.25% for tax
purposes.
Shipping
Digitaltrendz.com does not
ship to P.O. Boxes. The 'ship to' & 'bill to' information on all orders must be the same.
We will make exceptions on different 'bill to' & 'ship to' orders when we can
verify the different ship to address (ex. shipping to a work address). We cannot ship to a different address than your credit card bill is sent to
for security purposes. We
will not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or Internationally. A $30 flat shipping fee will be applied to
all orders
shipped to Hawaii & Alaska.
All orders placed before 2pm Central Time that
show as 'In Stock' will normally ship that same day. Your order will ship from the closest
warehouse to you and will take approximately 2-3 business days to
arrive. Our 'In Stock' availability will vary depending on
how many orders are received for certain items every day. The 'In
Stock' availability is updated every night.
Once an order has been placed
on the Digitaltrendz website, you will receive an email confirming your order and the status of your order.
You may also request to receive an email once your order has shipped giving you
a tracking number and a website where you can track your order. If you
wish to have a tracking # sent to you please send an email to sales@digitaltrendz com.
Returns
Any and all returns, due to
defective or damaged products, must be sent back within 30 days from date of
sale. Before returning a product within the 30 day grace period, you must
get a return authorization number from Digitaltrendz before the product is sent
back to us. Please send an email to sales@digitaltrendz com to
request a return authorization number with an explanation for the
return/exchange. An email will then
be sent back to you giving you an authorization number to return the product.
Postage from original order will not be reimbursed for any products that
are being returned. There will be a $5 fee applied to all items that are
returned for credit only, defective or non-defective. Credits are
processed twice a month on the 15th & last day of each month (exceptions can
be made if you contact our sales department). Items that are
returned for exchange due to a defective part will not be charged any fee.
If you are returning an item for exchange and do not have
all the original packaging a 15% restocking fee for your exchange could
be applied.
Lost/Stolen Shipments In
Transit
If an
order is lost or stolen in transit to you once it has shipped a claim will be
filed by Digitaltrendz.com
with the carrier used to ship your order. A replacement order will be
shipped to you once the claim has been approved and credit received in house for
your initial order.
